Small kitchen TV folded under wall unit
I have Googled and I should be grateful for anyone's own experience of a small TV for the kitchen to fold under a wall mounted kitchen cupboard when not in use. I don't recognise the brands and any advice for a reliable one would be very much appreciated. I have an aerial in my living room but not in the kitchen - no good…

Rechargeable battery upgrade - dismal failure
I have been using a quad set of Siemens Gigaset AL185H dect phones for some years now. The original 550mah rechargeable AAA batteries fitted to each handset(2 in each) were in need of replacement so I fitted new 1800mah batteries. Toshiba Satellite C870-198 - W10 Upgrade Compatible?
I keep getting pop-ups encouraging me to upgrade to W10, insisting that my laptop (Toshiba Satellite C870-198) is fully compatible. However, when I did a Google a few months ago, I saw something to the effect that Toshiba don't support W10 drivers for my model. (Can't now find where I saw that.) Is there any reliable way…

Soundbar buying advice needed
I now accept that the new TV I have requires a bit of a boost in the sound department. TV speakers have 20 watts total. What sort of thing should I be looking for? Seems very complicated. I just want to avoid tinny sound. Not into sound in a big way so a fancy system costing half the price of the TV is not for me. I saw a…

Re-energising a Samsung R530 Laptop?
I have my Mum's old Samsung R530 laptop, running Windows 7, and it is showing the expected slow-down. The HDD needs wiping, and the battery only retains 25% charge - 30 minutes at most. But it's got a decent screen and keyboard. The processor is a Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz × 2, and it has 2gb DDR3 ram. I've…
