Strange Wanadoo Webmail Problem

I routinely check my Wanadoo email online via their webmail. Out of the blue a few days ago, when I log in (which takes me to the EE homepage these days) and then try to access webmail10.orange.co.uk to see my eamils, within a fraction of a second I get a page saying "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading". I've tried it in my normal browser Firefox and in IE 64 and 32 bit (I'm running Win7 64bit) without success. My sIL suggested it was a rogue cookie, so I deleted all cookies in Firefox, closed and re-opened Firefox - no change.

However, on my wife's laptop (Win7 32bit) I can access the page as normal!

I'm flummoxed - any ideas??:mad::mad:
