I have been told by somebody who "knows his stuff" that it is possible to legitimately download an older version of Microsoft Word from the Microsoft website (e.g. Word 2003) for free I have had a look, but can't find it anywhere. I can only find updates to Word, but not an actual link to…

Will Windows 10 be subscription only?
I'm beginning to think Microsoft will enable a free or low cost upgrade in 2015 to the new Windows 10 for Windows 8, 7 and possibly Vista and XP users. Windows 10 could be the last big change and thereafter there would be incremental updates to ensure a continuously up-to-date operating system but the catch might be that…

32 bit to 64 bit route
I read recently that a 64bit on your laptop is better than 32 bit, so went through what I believed to be the route to change this. However to confirm it was a success, I clicked on start/control panel/system & maintenance/system and it still shows 32 bit. So where have I gone wrong?

Any point to an SSHD if not being used as a boot drive?
Hey guys, Can't sleep so decided I'd spec up a new gaming PC I've been planning. It will have an SSD for a boot drive. I've got a mate who reckons I should go for an SSHD as the main storage drive but I've been looking into it and I'm not sure there's a point? Seems it might reduce loading times by a few seconds once it…

I have had five emails supposedly from EA Origin saying 'thank you for your purchase'. They say I have purchased FIFA points using my MasterCard to the value of about $300.
