Easiest way to transfer my iPhone to OH

I have upgraded and will be giving my iphone4S to OH to replace his battered iphone4.

I have backed it up on PC

How do I transfer all his stuff(apps/contacts) onto the iphone4s I've given him?

I'm sure there must be a simple way!

    Back his phone up to iTunes
    Reset your phone to factory settings
    Restore your phone to his iTunes setting

    Will itunes offer me the option of his back up or will it only offer my back up? When I plug in either phone they have their own profile so to speak

    Log into the account you want to restore from.

    iTunes will offer to to reinstate any device it has backed up to itself, you just need to select the right one.
