I think I've deleted important files from PC Decrapifier :( HELP

Hello
As my laptop was running slow (Windows 7) I thought I'd download 'PC Decrapifier' and started deleting some stuff and think I may have deleted things I shouldn't have. Then after it was deleting a file, the screen seemed to have expanded and the icons are bigger and I can't see them all on the desktop? Also the tabs at the top are bigger?
I've tried everything I can think of, icons are set to small and resolution is low and I don't know what to try. Unfortunately system restore doesn't show any points
When I boot up I get a message 'Toshiba Service Station has stopped working' everything was ok until I deleted some files from 'PC Decrapifier'
How would I know if I've deleted any important files like Registry or maybe I didn't, I honestly don't know what to try next as my head is slightly wrecked this past few hours lol Recently I've noticed the fan is noisy but maybe this is a different problem.
Anyway, has anyone any advice about these deleted files

firstly, set screen resolution to high, not low, and see how it is then. No restore points would imply system restore is off or you've got a malware infection hiding them...scan with malwarebytes second

and download free version, DON'T activate the trial of the Pro version during installation or any other offered toolbars......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Thanks GunJack, duh me the resolution had changed to low and all seems nearly ok since I changed it to high. Malwarebtyes found alot so those have been deleted. Should I delete from quarantine??
Not sure if the font has changed but things look abit different, I still can't see all my icons on the desktop and there seems to be bigger spacing in between icons? Is there a default option to reset it the way it was or anything?

when you change the screen res, it changes the spacing & placement of the desktop icons... drag'n'drop them back to where you want them
if you want to change the size of them, right-click on the desktop > view and choose the size you want..
mbam quarantine is safe for now, sort out your other issues before deleting them......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Drag n drop doesn't seem to work as it just takes it back to where it was, it's just the bigger space now between each icon is the problem as I can't see all icons on the desktop and the resolution is set to high0

check the auto-arrange option in the same view menu, or the auto-align to a grid may be ticked........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

yeah both are ticked so i'll untick them now0

untick, then drag'n'drop......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
