My video calls are getting bad, over the last 6 months or so I have calls freeze or dropping out completely. I call my daughter in Australia once a week, and also my other daughter in the UK and experience the same problem with both My connection is good and so is theirs. I often get a message pop up stating the " the video connection is poor" ect.
Is anyone else getting these problems?

I've not used Skype since ...... I can't remember the last time I used it.
That said, what's your internet connection like? Can you post your modem/router stats?0
