Windows Updates KB2676562 and KB2670255 keeps downloading
Every time I turn off my computer it downloads Windows updates KB2676562 and KB2679255. successfully. This continues to happen every time I turn off my computer and has been doing so for months. I have tried the Microsoft Fix It remedy but with no success. I cannot get rid of these 2 updates. Can anybody help please.

Missing back button and tool bars
My laptop is working well, very clear etc but, the back buton appears on some pages, e.g. on this MSE page, but not on others. Also, there is no tool bar on most page. Can someone help me please? It's surprising how much the back button is used and missed. I have been trying to solve this all day.
