Missing back button and tool bars

My laptop is working well, very clear etc but, the back buton
appears on some pages, e.g. on this MSE page, but not on others.
Also, there is no tool bar on most page. Can someone help me please?
It's surprising how much the back button is used and missed. I
have been trying to solve this all day.

Try pressing the F11 button when there's no toolbar.0

You could use the back-space key to go back.
But it'd be better to recover your actual button - what browser are you using? IE?0 -
