Upgrading Norton Internet Security 2010
Can someone who may have done this recently please let me know if I can buy a copy of NIS 2009 for £cheap and use its licence number to upgrade someone's installed NIS 2010 to NIS 2011? Works with Kaspersky, and just need to check it also works with Norton. Thanks!

Anti Virus not working, won't update or uninstall.

Connecting at a speed of between 48 Mbps
I have just bought a high speed RJ111 to connect my router to my bt line. I have noticed thatI am connecting at a speed between 54 Mbps & 48.0 MBps, before it uses to be a seady 54mbps. I am coonecting wirelessly uring a Belkin adapter. Has this got anything to do with it? Thanks

Enter key not working on laptop and stuck in boot manager
Hello I am using a Sony Vaio with Windows 7. Somehow it has got stuck into Windows Boot Manager and it says press enter for windows 7, but neither of my enter keys work. Is there an alternative way of getting into windows? I've tried pressing ESC but it just takes me round in circles. Thanks
