Enter key not working on laptop and stuck in boot manager

Hello
I am using a Sony Vaio with Windows 7. Somehow it has got stuck into Windows Boot Manager and it says press enter for windows 7, but neither of my enter keys work. Is there an alternative way of getting into windows? I've tried pressing ESC but it just takes me round in circles.

Ok I've got an external keyboard plugged in by USB, but the laptop keyboard still keeps entering random symbols, I think it's knackered. :mad:
Is there a way to disable the built in keyboard until I can get it fixed?

Have you looked inside the BIOS? Usually accessed by pressing F1 or F2 on startup with Sony.0
