Best printer for greeting cards.
Hi, I am looking for a printer that would be good for printing greeting cards. It wouldn't be a huge amount, but I have no real idea what I'm looking for. I was looking at the Canon Pixma 4700, as they use individual ink and are capable of borderless printing, but I'm sure this isn't the best option. I'd be grateful for…

ubuntu gimp
not used this program much, but is there an easy way to expand the background area around an image? It's easy on MS paint as you just drag the area larger and end up with the extra space in the seleceted background colour - but no matter what I try with gimp, it just gives me the chequerboard section which I can't utilise.

How does Egg Money Manager work?
Just wondering how EMM works. I mean how does it know that it needs the 1st, 2nd and 5th letters of your password for the external bank account. Then how does it fill the fields in on the web form? Do the banks provide some sort of API or web service?. Just the basic principles and something to google would be useful.…
