Xbox Live Help

My Xbox Live says my payment has been cancelled and as a result, my account says its suspended. I am wanting to continue my sub to xbox live but for some reason, when i update my payent options, it wont let me renew. I am sure this has been posted somewhere before but my memory fails me and I couldnt find it.

Any assistance would be amazing to help get me gaming online again. :beer:

get a voucher they are cheaper for 12 months sub . i got mine from here
without issue . emailed code to me within the hour .

if you still get problems after that call them up ( Xbox live ) and make them sort it

So has your account been suspended during your subscription, or has the card you've used not been accepted?

When you say 'suspended,' has your account been locked or have you reverted to Xbox Free (as it's now called instead of Silver)?

You could always try ringing the support line on 0800 587 1102.

i would purchase a 13 month subscription of ebay i get them and normally pay about £24

tip make sure you get an english one, i had to be american for a year once

These days are gone now. The on-line retailers and those that sell on Ebay used to get the cards from the US. Microsoft put the price up in the states by $10 for a 12 month sub.

Subsequently the prices from Ebay and the like increased as well.

The best price you'll find these days is around the £30 for a 12 months sub.
