Laptop key has come off- help!
How do you click a laptop key back on? I found a video on youtube but the key that came off has come off with the "scissor" mechanism and I can't seem to be able to clip it back on. Help? :S

My sister kindly gave me (presumably to get it out of her way) a Canon Smartbase MP370 printer. All boxed but opened. She did not, however, pass on the software and she can't find it. I have been unable to find the software online. Any suggestions as to what to do/try next?
