I'm not very good with IT so please be very basic in your replies. I have bought a 19" HP monitor and find that the text is not very sharp - distinctly fuzzy. I'm sure there must be a way to make it sharper but I have no idea how to do it. Can anyone explain what I need to do please?

Privacy centre virus on laptop
Kids have managed to get the privacy centre virus on their laptop. I want to download malwarebytes but can't as the user ID wont load up to get onto the internet and OH has forgotton the administrator password. Any ideas how I can 'by-pass' this - thanks
