Laptop wont run
When I switch my laptop on it will only load up my background from my desktop and that's it...no icons or anything..I can do nothing but switch the laptop off by the power button....and when I put the laptop back on...same happens again! Any ideas!? thanks in advance

How do I get these PDF files to print?
I have made a calendar using HP software and saved it as a series of pdf files but I can't get them to print out (I have tried two printers). freezing mouse?
a short time after starting my computer and surfing etc, my mouse freezes (arrow icon) i have to restart my computer and then it starts working again. i have to switch off my pc from the back button to turn it off, as mouse will not move the icon, so i cannot switch it off any other way. any advice appreciated. thanks
