I have been given the above but it runs on Windows XP and I have Vista. Is there any way this can be converted so that I can load the CD. If you need any other info to be able to assist me please let me know.

Have you tried to use it?
All I can suggest have looked around google for a split second is that you install the XP drivers and see what happens. I do not see why it should not work.Buy for value not cost.
