Sandboxie - any one use it?

Just spent the last couple of hours playing about with http://www.sandboxie.com/

I must say I'm very impressed. Just wondered if anyone else used it? How have you found it? To sandbox your browser seems a great idea and I'm surprised it's not been inbuilt into one as a feature to stand out from the rest...

SatanicHare and a few others had a look at it recently, as Joe_B points out.

I'm still working on the basis that Firefox + Noscript is safe enough, but I guess it's only a matter of time until I choose to trust a site which looks innocent but has some bad active content on it...

Did you notice any performance degradation? Obviously the sandbox process itself consumes some resources, so it would be interesting to know if there's any visible sign of that.
