Getting Phone to Find Memory Card

LCD tv on wall
Hiya I hope this is the right place to ask this. We're planning on getting an LCD TV to mount on the wall above our mantelpiece. Will we need to tilt it slightly forward to be able to see it, or can we mount it flush to the wall bearing in mind its quite a bit higher than the level of the sofa? Thanks Sharra x
