A wee query..

Hi I apologise if I am posting onthe wrong board (couldn't find another specific board). I was awoken this am at 1 'o' clock by my mobile phone beeping. I was so tired I just nodded back to sleep again. On checking this morning I discovered that I was beeped by someone sending the same odd message and this has been going on for months. I am baffled as to what it's about , at first I thought it was spam text but I am pay as you go and my credit is not affected. The message left is the shape of a triangle @ and that is it ,there is no number stored for reply .Does anyone know if this odd message stands for anything as I am not very up on modern lingo. Best thing to do is to contact your mobile phone company's customer services (should be free from your phone).

It could be a service message from them which is corrupt but if it is something else then they can advise you.

Sounds like maybe you are being contacted by aliens.

Have you been moulding your mashed potato into this shape at all?

Hi thanks for taking the time to reply..I thought maybe it stood for something,,looks as if it doesn't. It only bothers me if I've left my phone on and it happens during the night ,best turn my phone off now. Maybe some day I will get to the bottom of it and will be sure to let you know.
