How do I reactivate my Yahoo email account? It's been closed because it has not been used in 4 months. I'm having a clear out and I want to post some items on my local Freecycle group. Can anybody help me?

I'v been given a Sky plus box
I have just taken out a standard Sky subscription which will be installed soon. Also I have a friend leaving the UK who has offered to give me his Sky plus box. Can anyone tell me if I can use the box without specialist installation?

Multimap (alternatives?)
Hi Not sure if it's just me but I'm struggling to get maps displayed properly on multimap today (tried using firefox and IE ). I don't think I've changed anything in my browsers. Can someone recommend an alternative to multimap?

Repairing or replacing a cooling fan
Hiya guys how much would it cost If I took my laptop to a shop to have the cooling fan cleaned, the dust removed, or even have it repaired? I'm looking for a rough price guys as I don't have a clue and wouldn't want to get caught out. I'm not really tempted to do this myself as I wouldn't want to screw it up. Cheers guys

Hello, Wheres the best place to download mp3 files from, being looking at Allofmp3.com, but unable to see how to add funds to the account, appears mastercard\visa now cannot be used. Don't get me wrong, i'm more than willing to pay for the music, but at the lowest price!! Cheers Jona

Uninstall crapware
Got myself a compaq laptop. Neat looking laptop. Am in the process of creating recovery discs (yawn). Since i am on NTL broadband and use AVG antivirus etc i do not need AOL and norton software which are installed. Are they easy to uninstall? Is it a matter of going to start - control panel - add/remove programs?
