Hiya guys how much would it cost If I took my laptop to a shop to have the cooling fan cleaned, the dust removed, or even have it repaired? I'm looking for a rough price guys as I don't have a clue and wouldn't want to get caught out. I'm not really tempted to do this myself as I wouldn't want to screw it up. Cheers guys

It would be cheaper to buy a can of compressed air, or get a straw and blow through it, that's all they'll probably do.
Why do you want to do this?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
A laptop I sold to somebody is clogged up with dust supposedly. He took it to an 'expert' and they say dust could've moved in transit and its causing it to 'over heat'. I was going to offer to pay for it but he can forget it now you told me about the can of compressed air
Cheers guys0
