JSS tripler
Hello, I hope I am posting this in the right place, has anyone got any knowledge of JSS tripler? a friend contacted me about them yesterday and I am very wary about them and have advised him not to think about putting any money with them. They sound just too good to be true, any advice would be welcome. Thanks.

In a conundrum
I was divorced a couple of years ago and lost everything, my home and savings…everything except for my pensions. I have paid off all debts from the marriage and I now have savings in the region of £30,000 but no home. I am a Brit but moved with work to live in Dubai, I don't pay tax, and I am able to save in the region of…

What would you do with £500?
We already have ISA's and I think we max them out each year. A few months ago we bought some gold and platinum. We have no debt except for our mortgage. We don't have much extra money but I've started a small business and am not sure what to do with my small amount of money I'm earning, after putting some back into my…

Do I now need an IFA, little left to do.
My IFA has done a good job but now, after my (small) annuity is in place and other financial queries have been sorted all that is left for him to do now is look after a S&S ISA and CIA with Skandia. Things you would do to save money
The toughest part about saving is no matter how much you have saved you want to be able to save more. Conventry Building Society
I was setting up their online saver issue 3 last night, and I noticed some interesting stuff in their terms and conditions. After you have setup it up, if you close it you can never have another online saver, not even if they change the issue number in the future. So it's a one shot deal, use the acount for 1yr to get the…

Shell - Should UK ISA investors buy B shares?
Been looking at the types of shares listed for Shell - RDSA and RDSB. Apparently the taxation of dividends on the B shares is better for UK investors - http://www.shell.com/home/content/investor/share_price_information/difference_a_b/ Just checking I've got this right?

How to calculate daily interest?
Hi folks. This is my first post so be gentle. I currently rent out a property and the tenant has failed to pay her rent. Now in the Tenancy Agreement it says she has to pay interest at 3% per day on any debts owed. Is it as simple as £10 + 3% = £13 then £13 + 3% = £13.39 then £13.39 and so on or not. Thanks folks, Cr0fty…
