House Deposit Saving Account

Hello experts!
My boyfriend and I are moving to Dubai in August in the hope of saving a deposit for a house. Because of the tax free salaries we are aiming to save £1000 a month.
We will be able to send money home from our HSBC Account but would like to put it in to a high interest account that we can't touch for a couple of years.
Can anyone recommend a good account for us? Or shoudl we spread it over several different accounts/ ISAs?

Don't think you can put it in an ISA if you're working in Dubai - http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/isa/faqs.htm#140
