Hisave account details lost

My wife and I opened hisave accouns about 6 years ago. Recently they started sending me emails again, two each time which I think confirms one for me and another for my wife. I called them but cannot remember my login details and to Make matters worse we have moved house. I have spoken and emailed them but so far they have not got me access but have been able to move me around their internal system without a successful outcome.

Can anyone help me work out how to get access to the account please? Ultimately I want to close it but want to take the £10 or £100 that is in them out first.

Any advice is appreciated.

Ben

Yes they (ICICI) are quite strange to deal with. I had to email and phone several times to request a password reminder/reset before it was actually sent. Just do that or else write a letter to confirm your new address then write to close the account ...
