Power of Attorney - Dissociating from Capital?
Does this look ok? I am not sure how best to handle this; I will be named on the new savings account but won't be entitled to student maintenance grant if it looks like that half the money is mine. I am not trying to fiddle anything, it's genuinely not my money. The PO account was in my parents joint names, with the PoA…

Can anyone recommend a savings account with a reasonable interest rate (realising these are few and far between) that gives access with a cash/debit card. Savings carnage
Over the last 24 hours the best 3 or 4 year fixed rate has fallen 0.7%. The effect on instant access may be delayed but could be equally devastating :( . As BofE rates get closer to 0%, the rate cuts on the best accounts may get bigger, as low paying accounts can no longer be cut :( .
