SAvings Account with ATM card facility

Can anyone recommend a savings account with a reasonable interest rate (realising these are few and far between) that gives access with a cash/debit card. Mw wife prefers this method (Iuse bank transfer on the web) to access her savings, but has just been told by Coventry that her savings will now earn 1% interest p.a. Over 60 accounts would be OK, but none of them show if there is a cash card facility and short of ringing them all up to find out which takes an age, thought there may be someone on here who can recommend one. Thanks.

Best one at the moment looks like The Yorkshire BS internet saver paying 3.7%
