I admit there will be over the country and over the years there must be many cases of misselling and such of PPI and other products which need to be resolved for the people involved. What I cannot understand is how people are allowed to claim these back when they have signed contracts which all state, damnit even internet…

Hi I want to cancel my ppi insurance with my loan provider and take out a new cheaper policy. The loan has 4 years left however I can only seem to find cover for 12 months. I am worried that after 12 months the premuims might go up a lot. Can anyone help? Thanks
