Fast Track letter?

How / What do i include in a letter to FOS to attemtp to fast track my claim,

im being made involountarily homeless, so may have to move back in with family (not nice) which is further to get to work, and will cost me more (not helpful)

anyone ?

I'm not sure if you can 'fast track' your claim with FOS, but you can only detail your circumstances in a letter and see what they say.

You can ask for the fast track and certainly in your circumstances if it means saving your home. I would write into them and give them proof of your circumstances (ie bank statements, letters of losing your home etc) and put FAST TRACK at the top and keep on at them.

PS If you do lose your home and have to move back to your family its nicer than having nowhere to turn...;)

Have written a letter covering my situation and asking if they could take it into consideration when looking at my case.
