Conflicting info on 40 days notice
I have been led to believe by a friend that the 40 day notice only starts once HBOS have cashed their cheque. I sent a letter and cheque for charges for the last 6 years to HBOS on 11 March, and they cashed the cheque on 10 April. When will the 40 day notice begin? Thanks Kieran
