Please help.. Urgent Claim today in Court

I have done all the letters. :money: Gone to the online court. Today is the day I can vote for judgement. However NATWEST have offered me £1302 on my £1500 claim. Victory. But........ I have signed the form they sent to me and they haven't paid. What do I do next? I can't see what to do on the money claim court as it just says ask for judgement.........please someone.. what do I do... and does anyone know whether they will pay me or not? I am on Incapacity benefit and they took all my money left me with nothing .. I suffer with depression and diabetes, M.E. and I need help.

My daughter has been in the same trouble. I sent of a cheque to Barclays and they have either ripped it up or haven't cashed the check for her two accounts.. do i cancel my check or do I send another one? They are ignoring.. as they owe my daughter probably thousands..

I dont really think you needed to put this into the thread

    Basically,

The letter you would of received with the offer would have had a name and an address on the top. Simply contact the person on that letter and ask them where you cash is. It could be a simple thing that it takes 3-5 working days for the payment to be made to the said account.

If things have taken that long, then maybe you could simply just ring them up and say.. 'Oi, where is my cash'.. :)

I have had same problem with barclays I sent request for information on 26th Feb and on 10th April i rang and asked were info was, I was advised it was posted out on the 1st April. I rang again and was told no it was posted on the 5th April so I am giving them a week as the man said he would re send the info on charges again. But if not recieved I am going to report them!!! As I see it now I have nothing to loose. Good Luck!
