My Carphone Warehouse rant
I went in to one of their stores earlier today to buy the Alcatel OT255 phone that's advertised on the website at £4.95 plus £10 top up as i'm going away in a couple of weeks and just want a cheap phone that i'm not bothered if I lose or break it. I checked the website to make sure they had stock available which they did…

Virgin Home Insurance.
Just had the renewal from virgin money for my home/contents insurance. Seing they have doubled the price, with no claims, I thought a deeper look was called for. They had seriously increased the cost of rebuilding my bungalow to well over what the current market price is. This would, of course, increase the premium,…

Can tesco send a cheaper subsitute than the item what was picked first
Are tesco allowed to send a cheaper item than what you wanted in the first place. And when you only order 1 thing and they don't have it and send another item but you refuse it but they still charge you delivery is that legal.

VENT M&S crocodile tears
Friday morning June 10. Just looking thru BBC News website. OH DEAR!, M&S boss Marc Bolland will ONLY get (besides his shares and wages) £1m bonus this year instead of £2.4m. I'm just putting my coat on, picking up my collecting tin and going down to my local M&S to see if any customers will help contribute to the…

Vent: Comic Sans MS
Grrr, i hate that font with a passion!! Especially when it's used out of context, for example in a 'Please be Quiet' sign in a library, used in conjunction with Microsoft Word 97's 'Word Art'. Even worse when it's used as a 'cute font' in a child's poem posted on the wall in some Little Chef. Brrrr, it makes my skin crawl!

Vent: Burger Van Ketchup
Firstly there are more important issues in my everyday life, however this really really winds me up. Burger Vans who put cheaper red sauce in the Heinz Ketchup bottle, most of the time you can't spot the difference until you take that first bite. I feel cheated

Is it just me or is Parcel Force a rip off?...
Ive just used parcel force online. I had 2 parcels to send, so entered the amount in size and weight of each. It stated I would have to pay £13, which I thought was pretty good (large parcels but light), so I went on and paid. No issues. It was only until I checked my bank that I realised that it meant that that would be…
