Fuming I ordered a book for DH - catalogue price £13 and when it arrived it was priced as £9.99 not happy because it clearly states that customers do not pay postage or interest on items. I have tried to get in touch with no luck so I have written them a letter and I am reporting them to the OFT
I only ordered it because they said that if I didn't order anything from the current catalogue they would take my £55 commission fee

Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

catalogues always charge more than the rrp , its how they make their money. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Unfortunately, the prices stated on books (usually on the barcode section) are prefixed by RRP whih means that it is only the recommended retail price, not the price at which a retailer must charge.0
