BT are driving me mad!
We moved out of our rented accommodation almost 2 months ago. BT cancelled our line as requested, and, after longer than all other utility companies emailed us our "final bill." Suspicious Bill from thePhoneCo-op?
Has anyone recently received an unexpected bill (minor amount) from The Phone Co-op they weren't expecting or couldn't recall having signed up to any kind of service? BT charged £130 and they won't listen
We had a problem with our phone line - we could hear our neighbours talking and they apparently could hear us. We contacted BT who checked the line and agreed there was a fault. They came out and replaced the line in the road - all sorted. A couple of weeks later clicking on the line, our phone engaged when friends rang us…

Can't contact Talktalk
I recently moved from TalkTalk back to BT, and I'm trying to find out if I have any charges still to pay TalkTalk. The problem is that every TalkTalk telephone number I try asks me to key in my home phone number (which is now with BT), and then says that it is not recognised, and to key in my number.
