Can't contact Talktalk

I recently moved from TalkTalk back to BT, and I'm trying to find out if I have any charges still to pay TalkTalk.
The problem is that every TalkTalk telephone number I try asks me to key in my home phone number (which is now with BT), and then says that it is not recognised, and to key in my number.
Is there a telephone number I can contact which will actually get me through to someone without asking me to key in my telephone number.

If you have any OS charges then they will bill you. Don't cancel your DD until you have your final bill.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I know they will quick off the mark to charge.
Just wanted to know if anything due, and if I don't agree how to contact them.0 -
try not keying in your phone number - just wait on the line and the call might continue to be put through to their call center, well into the queue0

I just keep pressing hash until the IVR gets annoyed and passes you through to a human. If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today. It doesn't matter if you've cocked up, what matters is that you put it right and apologise. x0
