In need of guidance...I want to apply for a drop kerb outside my house but because there is a residential parking bay outside my house the council website says they will decline the application...is there a way around this?Thanks in advanceShah

Hi all, I submitted my defence over 2 months ago and had a letter to say my defence was forwarded on to the claimants on the 30/3/20. I recently emailed the county court and they replied stating they are still waiting for their reply. I thought they had 30 days to respond to my defence or the case would be closed?
