One Parking Solution - Notice to Keeper / PCN

Hi All,
I received a notice to keeper / PCN from One Parking Solutions. The driver parked in spaces which were conveniently opposite Co-op so the driver made the error in thinking it was part of Co-op.
Any help will be most appreciated.

You can also search the forum for posts containing "One Parking Solution" and "OPS" because there seem to be quite a few of these appearing lately, especially at court claim stage.

I did but wasn't sure whether I should use TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING: as the NTK states 'At the time of this notice we do not know both the name of the driver and a current address of service for the driver'.
So a little confused if it still holds?

A one size fits all template means it is designed to fit ALL situations including yours. 
It is designed to ensure the appellant doesn't reveal the driver's identity, and let the scammers know you are receiving MSE parking forum help.
In the case of BPA ATA members it is also designed to extract a PoPLA code from the scammers.

As Fruitcake says, that appeal is designed for all situations - the plan is to get a code for the next stage appeal process: some PPCs will fold and cancel when they see this first template appeal as they think "oh no! A MSE forum assisted appeal, that's too much work for us!".

That sign is horrendous, surely no judge would expect a motorist to read that before parking their car.  Or is it not a regular parking space as it mentionts resident vehicle, whatever they are.

I received an email a coupole of days ago demanding $2000 in Bitcoin or my darkest secrets would be revealed to all the world.  They had somehow got hold of an old password.  I told them to FOAD.

You shouldnt do that, it confirms to the scammers that the email is live and in use.
