Abuse of Process - List of Cases

Hi guys,
We continue to prepare our witness statement and skeleton as we await Smart Parking's Response to my claim against them.
Is there a list of court cases where the judge ruled an abuse of process in the addition of a sum to the claim (the notorious £60) anywhere which includes case numbers? I have of course Britannia vs Crosby (F0DP201T) and there is the Abuse of Process threads here, but is there a nice simple list just of cases and numbers?

No, but two are shown on the Template Defence thread.
As well as the Soton/IOW area, courts at Warwick, Luton, Skipton have all struck cases out without a hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's good. Do remember that BWLegal will say that all the spankings they get do not set a precedence ....... normally that is correct but as BWlegal keep bringing utter rubbish to court, will a judge really ignore all the other judges ???? BWLegal are delving further into their cloud nine dreaming and at the end of their dream is a judge with a big stick ready to spank them again. The fake £60 is their downfall but it's OK, they help us in getting them spanked and the spankings will increase whilst they ply their rubbish1
