Parking ticket, council, white lines worn
Anyone appealed a ticket as whie lines around a paing parking area worn out? These were 90% worn out around the parking bay yet they turned down my appeal!! How do appeals on this basis usually go? I'm happy to go to court over this. Does anyone know - can I charge for my time in court? Thanks
