Hey all,
So i received a ticket from UKPC which states the vehicle with the offence being no valid permit being displayed.
The details on the ticket displays the incorrect postcode of the location of the vehicle.
Under what grounds should i appeal this and what stage should i do this as it is the 14th day today since ticket issue

If the "relevant land" is no identified, then it is a failure of POFA.0

Initial appeal using the blue text template from the NEWBIES at the appropriate time.
If/when it is rejected then use all the appeal points available at PoPLA from post 3 of the NEWBIES including the incorrect location on the PCN.

So the car is a hire purchase vehicle with Range Rover being the registered keepers. Am i right in thinking i must then send off an appeal just before the 28 day time limit ie 25th day.0 -
On the ticket itself the white boxes for the information states 2 locations with the same postcode which i think is a failure to identify location . also some of the text falls out of the boxes on the ticket.0

The appeal online only lets me choose either registered keeper or driver. Which one should i identify myself as??0 -
Since this is a hire purchase, I think you need to use one of the hire/lease company appeal templates written by edna basher, not the blue template.
These can be found further down post 1 of the NEWBIES. You want one for a private user not company car/fleet manager.
You are the day to day keeper, who is the person that looks after the car on a day to day basis, not the registered keeper (Range Rover) nor the driver.
If there is no option for this on the appeal form then select registered keeper, but in the text of the appeal you state you are the day to day keeper.
In addition, write to the hire purchase company telling them that you are dealing with this and they must NOT pay the invoice on you behalf and charge it or a handling fee to you. It is imperative that you do this.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
