use of cameras outside stipulated hours
Hello In a Euro Car Parks operated car park the signs say the use cameras to detect vehicle registrations is in use from 0900 to 1830. However they have used data from cameras to issue a ticket via the post that I parked at 1927 hours (which I did) What do you suggest? TIA
