Hi, I have received a PCN from parking Eye from a site in Scotland. The car is registered in England and the offices of parking eye appear to be on Chorley. Do I ignore the letter, as it happened in Scotland, or go through the appeals process with your template as the car is registered in the UK? Also in the newbie help…

G24 on holiday when notice arrived
