G24 on holiday when notice arrived

Just returned from an extended holiday to a g24 CPCN. The notice was issued 23 july. Tried phone number, but can only make payments. Tried appeal your charge.co.uk but because it is outside the the 28 day period, there is no facility to appeal. What do I do next, wait for a second notice or ?? Help please, stress levels getting high::eek:

Send them an appeal anyway, tell them you have just received the ticket. If they refuse then, should it go to court, you can cite unreasonable behaviour.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
