PE CCJ ...no paperwork

Hi , whilst applying for a new flat , I have just discovered that I have a CCJ from June 2014. Worked out that this must have been from Parking Eye. As a taxi driver I need to park and wait somewhere between jobs. One place I used to wait was a bingo carpark. I stopped for 30 minutes at 1.00 am in a large completely empty carpark. Shortly afterwards I started receiving letter from PE claiming I owed them money for this. I did read threads at the time and these suggested that ignoring their letters was a good option, so I did. Then I moved addresses twice. I have now lost a flat due to this and want to start appealing/getting the CCJ set aside. Who do I contact in the first instance? I have no correspondence due to moving and therefore no ref numbers etc . Thanks

I would suggest trying Northampton Bulk Centre as PE put all there paperwork through them (MCOL)
the advice on here and pepipoo changed 2.5 years ago to APPEAL, NOT IGNORE, so you didnt get the ignore advice from either of those 2 prominent forums and I have come here for over 2 years and the same advice was appeal, dont ignore, too late now though
you will need to pay £155 for a set aside etc
pkenty of similar threads on here so have a read through those, yours needs to follow the same procedures0 -
as you are noe well aware .... ignore was totally the wrong advice and has been for over two years
