Has anyone done this and would they recommend it over flying? As I'm in London I was thinking of going via Brussels. Or any ideas on other places via Eurostar for a weekend excluding France or Bruges.

I booked pre paid car hire through ryanair and hertz for October at a good price in Berlin. Due to flight times however I chose to fly on the same day with easyjet. Do you think when I get to the desk to collect the car there will be a problem as I havent flown with Ryanair?
