Hi karenmay33,
I am looking for transfers for next year and looked on their website, way cheaper than all the others, but the reviews are terrible. We used to book regularly with resorthoppa, excellent service but i find they are now very expensive.
I have just had a good quote from shuttledirect which works out around £5 pp more than t4u,but even they have some bad reviews so not sure what to do.

I have used transfers4u and shuttledirect in Turkey and both were fine. You should say where you are going as the these firms use different suppliers in different countries.0

I have used Shuttle Direct and A2BTransfers with no problems. In fact A2B sent a brand new car both waus rather than a coach or minibus.
I have read bad reports about Resorthoppa.0 -
I have used resorthoppa for the last 6 years, never had any problems at all,but then may be we were just lucky.
TBH i think they all have good and bad reports just a chance we have to take i guess.
I am not travelling until next July, may leave them til nearer the time.
Regards
LM
P.S we are going to Protaras,Cyprus0 -
also used transfers4u in Turkey with no problem, found them very good value and would book with them again0

We booked a transfer with Transfers4u via Travel Republic from Reus airport to Hotel Princep in Cambrils, Spain.
The flight landed at 16:10 local time & we had all boarded the transfer bus by 16:30
We then sat on a Jumbo Transfers bus at the airport for TWO AND A HALF HOURS waiting for another flight to land to pick up more passengers!
The journey to Cambrils only takes approx 20 mins & the flight from Birmingham only 1 hour 45 mins, we sat on this bus for longer!!As a result, the first evening of our holiday was ruined
We contacted Travel Republic & they said “customers had their collection at 16:30 and, according to the contract,we have at most one hours wait. They could never go out later than 17:30hrs”
We know the truth & so did all the other people on the bus if they were to ask them.
Four months later we received a letter from Travel Republib saying “problems will undoubtedly occur from time to time” & they
“naturally regret any inconvenience caused”

In order for me to do so, I’ll need to get some details from you, so please can I ask you to send an email to PR@hotels4u.com along with your booking reference number as the email subject?
