Ryanair & Hertz Query

I booked pre paid car hire through ryanair and hertz for October at a good price in Berlin. Due to flight times however I chose to fly on the same day with easyjet. Do you think when I get to the desk to collect the car there will be a problem as I havent flown with Ryanair?

Did Hertz ask for your ryanair details when you booked?

You may have just got a 10% discount which Hertz also offer through others.

It asked for a ryanair flight number which I left blank. It gave a 40% discount though.

Check in and print your Ryanair boarding card. I can't imagine they will ask to see it but you'll have it if they do.

Edit: Pay no attention to me. I thought you booked a Ryanair flight and then decided to book one with easyJet.

From their T & C If the time of your flight is a lot different they'll cotton on !
Otherwise everyone would get 40% discount. A friend of mine came to visit and had to produce their Ryanair boarding card at the airport before picking up the car.


3. Any change made to a booking made online or through the call centre will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked. This applies to changes made to:

b. Pick up date and time
c. Drop off time and date
d. Car group
e. Airline and flight number

h. All other additional products
