Car rental cancellation charges
Hi, I booked a rental car through Opodo for the end of December. They now tell me that it will cost a £20 admin fee to cancel, plus another £20 admin / cancellation fee for Hertz who are the rental company. Is that legal? Do the same rules apply as for excessive bank charges?
