    we always stay here

    http://www.villages-hotel.com/index.php?i_sid=1683507911&i_lang=44

dead easy to find, english tv, cheap, clean etc etc

to find it all you have to do is look for the big water tower which has Calais painted on it and take that exit off the motorway and there it is.

If you need any further help I'm a regular calais booze cruiser
    I haven't got one!
  • Thanks I tried this site before and it says online disrupt for the moment,I will try again later, do you smoke? and if so wheres the best place for ciggies? thanks.
  • It is a little further out, but we stopped over in St Omer. It's really quick to get to on the autoroute, and a nice small town - much better than calais for an evening out!

    We stayed here:-

But we didn't book, just turned up. They didn't seem that busy, but the hotel was nice and clean. The staff speak English. I think you can book via the logis-de-france website. It was €65 per night for a double room with bath.

I don't smoke but do know that Adinkerke is the best place for baccy. Head towards dunkerque and beyond and you'll find it 2 minutes into belgium (about half hour drive from calais but well worth it) When you come off the slip road turn left to the roundabout and then take the 2nd exit where you'll find loads of tobaco shops also most spirits are cheaper there than in calais

    check out

https://www.day-tripper.net for the shops websites to check prices before you go
