Opinions on smoothies
I am tempted to buy a blender after listening to my friend talk about how she makes lovely smoothies for her breakfast and how healthy they are. However, I have looked online there are reports about smoothies being unhealthy. Does anyone here make them and have a blender?

Getting blood patch out of pillow and pillowcase?
