Struggling to find threads
Hi sorry to be a pain, I’ve taken inventory today of all my food cupboard, fridge freezer food and I’m trying to make a menu plan. I used to read the living below the line £1 threads and a very ancient meals for 50p thread for a couple of my go to recipes. My laptop broke months ago and hasn’t been replaced and I’m…

after defrost - time before cooking
Bit of a random question! I took some sausages out of the freezer on Wednesday morning and put them into the fridge. For various reasons I don't need to cook them till Saturday. Will that be OK? Or do I need to cook them before that date?
